1. Sasha Prood
The Sasha Prood ‘Watercolor Typography’ series consists of watercolor paintings of hand-drawn fonts and lettering styles. Prood is a graduate of the Carnegie Mellon University School of Design and holds a BFA in Communication Design.
Using watercolors to illuminate lettering, Prood mixes the concrete aspect of mechanical fontography with the artful nature of watercolor paints. The paintings are both interesting and beautiful.

5. Carnovsky - RGB
RGB
Color est e pluribus unus
Color est e pluribus unus
RGB is a work about the exploration of the “surface’s deepness”.
RGB designs create surfaces that mutate and interact with different chromatic stimulus.
RGB’s technique consists in the overlapping of three different images, each one in a primary color. The resulting images from this three level’s superimposition are unexpected and disorienting. The colors mix up, the lines and shapes entwine becoming oneiric and not completely clear. Through a colored filter (a light or a transparent material) it is possible to see clearly the layers in which the image is composed. The filter’s colors are red, green and blue, each one of them serves to reveal one of the three layers.

Statement
I draw something I'd like to draw and I can draw well. I draw people because that's what I'd like to talk about. I prefer to draw in a small scale as I wish to capture my everyday thoughts and feelings during a limited time of the day. If I think I want to touch you my drawing reflects that thought. I draw an act that I'm upsetting you if
I think I want to distress you.
The reason why these ephemeral and scattered thoughts are so significant for me is that I can see myself as a tiny fraction like those thoughts, and also I'm the collection of those fractions. I'm the mundane being, a sort of dust everywhere. I'm anyone or anything in anywhere. I want to sweep and gather all those tiny little fractions on paper so as not to be scattered.
